FlowDays
Privacy Policy
Short version
FlowDays keeps your tasks and plans on your phone. We do not run servers that store your tasks, we do not use analytics or advertising, and we do not sell or share your data. FlowDays sends nothing about you to us. It talks to Google only when you use a feature that needs it: reading your Google Calendar after you connect it, and your phone's speech recognition when you use voice input.
What FlowDays stores on your device
- Tasks, their times, durations, repeats, reminders, subtasks, notes and any files you attach.
- Your day settings: wake and sleep times, working hours, time zone, language, theme.
- Plans FlowDays builds for you, including the last plan so you can undo it.
- Focus sessions you run: when they started and ended, and for which task.
This data stays in the app's private storage on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes it.
If Android backup is turned on for your Google account, Android may include this storage in your phone's backup and restore it on a new phone. That backup is made and kept by Google under your Google account, not by us, and you control it in your phone's backup settings.

Nothing else is transmitted. FlowDays has no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, no crash reporting SDK, and no account or sync server at this version.
Google user data (Calendar)
With your permission FlowDays requests read-only access to your Google Calendar:
calendar.calendarlist.readonly— to find your main calendar and the calendars you have turned on in Google Calendar;calendar.events.readonly— to read the events of those calendars.
FlowDays never creates, edits or deletes your calendar events. Event data is used only on your device, to draw your timeline and to keep planned tasks out of busy time. FlowDays reads it again each time it needs it and does not keep a copy of event titles or details. The one thing it remembers is the start and end time of a clash between a task and an event that you chose to keep, so that it does not ask you about the same clash again; uninstalling the app deletes it.
FlowDays' use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular, this data is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not transferred to third parties except as required by law.
You can revoke FlowDays' access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. After that FlowDays can no longer read your calendar, and the timeline shows your tasks only.

FlowDays asks for a permission only after you use the feature that needs it, and it keeps working when you refuse.
Children
FlowDays is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country) and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Your choices and deletion
- Delete a task in the app and it is gone from your device.
- Uninstalling FlowDays deletes everything it stored on the phone. A copy in your Android backup, if you use one, is managed in your Google account's backup settings.
- Revoking Google Calendar access (see above) stops all calendar reads.
When FlowDays adds optional accounts and sync, this policy will be updated before that version is published, and it will explain what is stored on the server and how to delete an account.
Changes to this policy
If the policy changes we publish the new version at this address with a new date, and we note the change in the app's release notes.
