Terms of Use
1. The agreement
By installing or using FlowDays you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use FlowDays on devices you own or control. You may not sell, rent, or redistribute the app, and you may not attempt to extract or reuse its source code except where that right cannot be excluded by law.
3. Your content
Your tasks, notes and attachments are yours. At this version they are stored on your device, not on our servers; we cannot read them. You are responsible for keeping your own backups.
4. Google Calendar
If you connect a Google account, FlowDays reads your calendar to plan around your meetings. It never changes your calendar. See the Privacy Policy.
5. Planning is a suggestion
FlowDays suggests times for your tasks; it does not guarantee that a plan is correct, complete or suitable for you. Do not rely on it alone for anything where a missed or mistimed task could cause harm or loss — for example medication, legal deadlines or travel.
6. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or stop any part of the app. We try to give notice of significant changes in release notes.
7. No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, lost profit, or missed appointments arising from the use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights you have in your country.
9. Paid features
FlowDays may later offer paid features through Google Play. Purchases and refunds are handled by Google Play under its own terms; subscriptions are managed in your Google Play account.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. This does not take away mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
